Campus Insights Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 1, 2015

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

By using or accessing the Campus Insights LLC (“Campus Insights”) Form (the Form”) or any other Campus Insights Services (“The Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of service (“TOS”), which governs your use of the Campus Insights platform and services. Use of the Form includes but is not limited to publishing, submitting, editing, or otherwise inputting information into the Form. Please read all of the following TOS completely prior to using or continuing to use the Form. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these TOS. If you disagree with any term in the TOS or Privacy Policy, discontinue your use of Campus Insights services immediately.  Campus Insights reserves the right to remove or amend the TOS at any time without notice and such modifications will be effective immediately at the time they are posted (“Effective Date”). These changes are binding as of the Effective Date indicated at the top of these Terms. Your access and use of Campus Insights services after modifications will signify your acceptance of the TOS as modified. 

Your submission through Campus Insights does not create an employment relationship between you and Campus Insights. Your application through Campus Insights does not guarantee that you will obtain an offer of employment or secure employment with any company. You are submitting the Form and everything contained in it to be considered by those companies that are connected to Campus Insights. If you are contacted and hired as a result of your Form, your employment relationship will be solely between you and the company that employs you. There is no employment offer, agreement, or relationship, written or implied, that is created between you and Campus Insights resulting from your use of or application through the Campus Insights platform.  Campus Insights is not responsible for any decisions made by any of the hiring companies using Campus Insights.

If you are an international student, it is incumbent upon you and your hiring company to ensure that your work and pay are in compliance with your visa.  You are advised to confirm eligibility for any work in the United States.

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority that is defined in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to use the Form. By using any part of the Services or accepting these TOS, you represent and warrant to Campus Insights that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these TOS. You also represent and warrant to Campus Insights that you will use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to sell or modify the Campus Insights Form or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Campus Insights Form in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Services, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Campus Insights or its licensors, or that otherwise infringes Campus Insights's or its licensor's intellectual property rights. You further agree to in no other way misuse Campus Insights' content. The unauthorized use of the Form on any other third party Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code that Campus Insights creates to generate or display is also protected by Campus Insights's copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

By filling out the Form and submitting any user content or information to Campus Insights, You automatically grant to Campus Insights an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, transferrable, fully paid non-exclusive right (including moral rights) and worldwide license to use, compensate from, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, communicate to the public, perform, display, and distribute such User Content (in whole or in part) and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works (in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content) such content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof. If you believe that any content on the Site or the Application violates your intellectual property or other rights, please stop all use of any Campus Insights service, and notify Campus Insights by email at Contact@campus-insights.com, a comprehensive message describing you and the substance of your complaint.
